A very fine, subtle fruity nose, characteristic of red currant. A very intense wine with a vigorous and well-balanced palate. A fine, fresh, fruity wine, very smooth and supple with a hint of spice and a long finish. Serve with poultry, pigeon, white meat (veal) or red fruits as a desert. Far better quality than other more fashionable roses and much better value too.
