After a fantastic first year of winning hearts and minds with a combination of the best Cornish ingredients and the freshest flavours, The Herring at Bedruthan Steps Hotel is celebrating with a decadent menu paired with bubbles from Louis Roederer this New Years Eve.

From Porthilly Oysters served alongside 'Quartet' (a luscious sparkling wine made by Louis Roederer in California), to Truffle-Infused Pheasant Breast with Vintage Rose 2007, the menu offers up mouth-watering flavours which showcase the style that The Herring has become known and loved for. Ryan Venning and his team in the kitchen have incorporated comforting winter ingredients, such as chestnuts, girolles, artichokes, nutmeg, quince and honey, which will come into their own when paired with carefully chosen Champagnes such as the rich and multi-layered Louis Roederer Vintage 2006 and the elegant Carte Blanche Demi Sec.

The comfortably stylish surroundings will be the perfect viewpoint for fireworks to see in the New Year, and guests will be entertained by the Brent House Band throughout the evening.
