Rosemullion Dry Gin 70cl

Quick Overview

Serve over ice with a good quality indian tonic and a gnerous slice of citrus.

Established in 2018 and set in the rural Cornwall countryside close to the Helford River. Rosemullion Distillery are the latest in Craft distillers in Cornwall creating artisan spirits including gin and rum, they are passionate for quality, flavour and authenticity. They are amongst only one or two Cornish distillers that are making everything from scratch fermenting their own base alcohols and not re-distilling industrial alcohol.

Rosemullion Dry Gin is a blend of juniper, botanicals and citrus fruits infused in their own distilled spirit to create a classic and modern dry gin.

It is very aromatic with hints of fennel and citrus. The flavours of juniper and liquorice are balanced with a mouth wateringly citrus freshness. The finish is long and dry and very smooth.

This could quite happily be drunk neat over ice but would pair with a quality tonic and a slice of lemon. The Rosemullion Dry Gin is a classic G&T gin in every sense.
