Rosemullion Summer Gin 70cl

Quick Overview

Rosemullion Summer Gin is dry and refreshing with hints of red summer fruits. Serve over ice with a light or Mediterranean tonic and a couple of fresh berries of your own choosing.

The Rosemullion Summer Gin is made by Rosemullion Distillery who are based down near the Helford River in Cornwall.

Rosemullion Distillery are the latest in Craft distillers in Cornwall creating artisan spirits including gin and rum, they are passionate for quality, flavour and authenticity. They are amongst only one or two Cornish distillers that are making everything from scratch fermenting their own base alcohols and not redistilling industrial alcohol.

The Rosemullion Summer gin takes their Dry Gin base and then infuses it with red summer fruits. The resulting gin has a naturally occuring light pink tinge from the fruit maceration.

The classic dry gin aromas are accompanied by red fruit and a fresh herbaceousness It has a lightly sweet flavour with red berries balancing out the dryness of the juniper and the citrus notes.

The Rosemullion Summer Gin would pair well with a lighter or Mediterranean tonic to allow the subtle fruit flavours to shine.
